mobileNXT is a ‘pocket-sized office’ for field service engineers, logistics staff, parcel delivery services and auditors that enables field staff planning, as well as location and order status tracking – all in real-time. A planner can be assigned to allocate tasks to staff manually; however, for more complex planning of orders that require certain staff members’ specific knowledge or where a large number of orders and/or staff are involved, we can provide a fully automated solution using smart algorithms to create the most effective planning system. This will, ultimately, be far more efficient – in terms of both time and mileage.
Digitise all your processes for orders, forms and planned deliveries by sending your employees push notifications through the app. Mobile staff can confirm a delivery to a customer, and add a note, photo or video, by simply scanning a barcode or entering their precise location, all through a fully automated process. Back-office staff can track processes in real time on a dashboard that provides them with proactive data on any changes in delivery times. The data is continuously updated based on various resources, including external data such as traffic forecasts.
