3. The perfect process
Digitise all your processes for orders, forms and planned deliveries by sending your employees push notifications through the app. Mobile staff can confirm a delivery to a customer, and add a note, photo or video, by simply scanning a barcode or entering their precise location, all through a fully automated process. The app also has a chat feature that allows mobile and back-office staff to connect in a secure environment.
4. Monitoring and adjustment
Back-office staff can track processes in real time on a dashboard that provides them with proactive data on any changes in delivery times. The data is continuously updated based on various resources, including external data such as traffic forecasts. Planners can use this information to update the planning either manually or through a fully automated process.
