Most current Smartbuilding solutions are limited to collecting sensor data and are usually tied to a (hardware) supplier. In addition to insight into sensor data, you will need a range of other relevant data sources in order to realise the healthy and climate neutral building you need. Data sources that provide relevant data such as Asset Management systems, ERP systems, information about the weather, energy suppliers, etc.
SMARTBUILDINGS creates valuable information from these diverse data sources and displays it in one central dashboard. This normalised and standardised data also allows you to compare the performance of your buildings in a uniform manner, or to evaluate it against a framework of general NL benchmark data.
